RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hello, we are sorry we could not completely satisfy you with our product. We would gladly exchange or refund your purchase if it meets the criteria below. Thank you for your business, we hope we can resolve any issue and hope you are hundred percent satisfied.

  • Used Items are NOT returnable.
  • Returns or Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving goods.
  • If you need to return your product please do the following.
  • Place the product/s in an envelope and send to us at: 2639 Eucalyptus dr, Oxnard CA 93036 US
  • Please explain the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of notification.
  • Include a copy of the original Invoice, so we can locate the order.
  • We DO NOT refund shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping labels on returns or exchanges. We will provide shipping labels on damaged or faulty products.
  • There is a shipping charge on exchanges, $3.95 for 1-2 items and $4.95 for up to 5 items (depending on items and size).
  • Your new product/s or refund will be processed as soon as possible.
  • Items bought from a store or boutique must be exchange/returned through them directly.
  • We offer repairs at a low cost but they have to be approved.
  • Exchanges are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days from when we receive the product.
