Hello, we are sorry we could not completly satisfy you with our product. We would gladly exchange or refund your purchase if it meets the criteria below. Thank you for your business , we hope we can resolve any issue and hope you are hundred percent satisfied.
- Used Items are NOT returnable.
- Returns or Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving goods.
- If you need to return your product please do the following.
- Place the product/s in an envelope and send to us at:

2639 Eucalyptus Dr, CA 93036 United States - Please explain the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of notification.
- Include a copy of the original Invoice, so we can locate the order.
- We DO NOT refund shipping cost.
- There is a shipping charge on exchanges, $3.95 for 1-2 items and $4.95 for up to 5 items (depending on items and size).
- Your new product/s or refund will be processed as soon as possible.
- Items bought from a store or boutique must be exchange/returned through them directly.
- We offer repairs at a low cost but they have to be approved.
- Exchanges are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days from when we receive the product.
